The questions we get every week, answered plainly. Anything else, just call.

How much does wasp nest removal cost in Cork?+

Our standard price is €80 for a single nest at a residential property within Cork City. Awkward access (high roofs, attic crawls) may add €20–€40. We quote a fixed price up front — no surprises.

How quickly can you come out?+

Most calls are attended the same day. If you ring before midday we're usually with you that afternoon; evening and weekend slots are available. Truly urgent cases (allergies, kids at home, businesses) take priority.

Is the treatment safe for children and pets?+

Yes, after a short settle period. We use professional-grade insecticide applied directly to the nest entrance. Keep people and pets away from the immediate area for 2–3 hours; after that the residue is safe.

Do you kill bees?+

No. Honey bees are protected pollinators — we always relocate honey bee swarms in coordination with local beekeepers, free of charge. Bumblebee colonies are usually left alone unless there is a genuine safety risk.

Do you offer a guarantee?+

Every wasp nest treatment comes with a 30-day guarantee. If activity returns in that time, we come back and re-treat free of charge.

What areas do you cover?+

All of Cork — city and county. From Bantry to Youghal, Mallow to Kinsale. We don't add travel charges for jobs within an hour of Cork City.

Can I just buy a spray and do it myself?+

We strongly advise against it. Disturbed wasp colonies become aggressive and can sting hundreds of times. DIY sprays rarely reach the queen, so the nest rebuilds within days. It's also a leading cause of summer A&E visits in Munster.

What if I'm not sure it's wasps?+

Send us a photo by WhatsApp or text — we'll identify the species for free and tell you honestly whether you need treatment at all.
